Miami will witness the launch of another boutique condo project, this one a 52-unit dwelling in Coconut Grove named Arbor, according to the Real Deal.
Developed by Urban Atlantic Group and Oak Ventures, the luxury condo will rise just north of Cocowalk at 3034 Oak Avenue. Sales have begun with units starting at $799,000 and ranging in size from 1,400 square feet to 2,000 square feet. There are four penthouses.
The five-story building is being designed by Behar Font Architects and amenities include a courtyard deck with a pool, barbecue areas, fitness center, concierge, social lounge, and a rooftop designated for yoga.
Douglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing.
Coconut Grove may not come close to Brickell or downtown Miami in terms of new residential development, but the popular and chill neighborhood is still seeing a nice chunk of action, spearheaded by Terra Group’s Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove.
Other recent Coconut Grove projects include The Fairchild and the Glass House Project.
