The South Florida beach home of Tommy Hilfilger has listed for $27.5 million.

Located on Ocean Boulevard in Golden Beach, the 14,075-square-foot mansion with an ocean for a backyard features interior design by Martyn Lawrence Bullard and includes 100 feet of water frontage.

The estate has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, an oceanfront infinity pool engulfed by palm trees, and a private beach. Other details include a black marble staircase, a hair-on-hide carpet in the living room, scratch-and-sniff fruit wallpaper on the walls of several guest bathrooms, and a Hilfiger-branded office.

Listed with The Jills, the home is “a unique, spectacular find,” according to Jill Hertzberg, “designed to be a glamorous, sexy home where they could showcase their amazing collection of artwork, as well as incorporate a ‘groovy,’ colorful 1960s/1970s feel.”

“Designed with vibrant colors and a Studio 54 style, the estate is a beachfront gem in exclusive Golden Beach,” added Jill Eber. “Having sold this home to the Hilfigers four years ago, we are elated to once again showcase it to prospective buyers.”

It’s one of the priciest homes in Golden Beach, trailing a standout Mediterranean that has been reduced to $29 million.
