A dazzling South Florida mansion on the ocean in Manalapan sold for $21.45 million, after initially listing for $27.5 million in 2015.
Highlights include a secluded beach, gourmet kitchen, club room, home theater, meditation room, gym, massage room, sauna, tennis court, and a dynamic outdoor entertaining area.
The 12,244-square-foot estate offers six bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. Named Nirvana, it was even blessed by Buddhist monks from Thailand and includes a Zen garden and Buddhist prayer room.
“The combination of precision pricing, expansive cooperative marketing efforts, and the reach of Douglas Elliman Real Estate have again demonstrated success,” said Douglas Elliman’s Chad Carroll, who listed the property. “When we took over the Nirvana listing, I knew we had to market the property in a different way. We put a cutting-edge spin on the estate’s imagery and promotional videos, which is atypical for the area. Within thirty days I was able to secure a buyer and make a great deal for the seller.”
It was one of the priciest sales in the area within the last year.
