Julius Peppers has listed his Miami home for $6.45 million, according to Realtor, weeks before the longtime NFL star is set to hit Free Agency.

The 9,100-square-foot home in Coral Gables was recently featured on E’s WAGS Miami, which starred Miami-based model Claudia Sampedro, Peppers’ longtime girlfriend.

The Dutch-Caribbean plantation-style residence has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and lies within the gated Snapper-Creek Lakes neighborhood. Built in 2006, it features a modern and open layout, with a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, library, infinity pool surrounded by artificial grass, an outdoor kitchen, and a detached guest house with a another full kitchen.

Records show the home last sold for $5.18 million in 2014.

After suiting up for the Green Bay Packers the last three seasons, Peppers, 37, will become a Free Agent in early March. The 15-year veteran has made the Pro Bowl nine times and is one of the best pass rushers in league history. His 143.5 career sacks rank fifth all-time.
