Today we head to Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, and Sunny Isles Beach armed with a $3 million budget.

Coral Gables: 644 Altara Avenue

$2.25 million

Sizing up at 4,979 square feet, this four-bedroom home in the Gables was built in 1925, renovated in 2007, and includes hand-carved woodwork throughout.


Coconut Grove: 3773 Matheson Avenue

$2.3 million
