Another month and not much has changed regarding Miami’s median rental prices for one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
For the fifth consecutive month, one-bedrooms have had a median asking price of $1,800, per Zumper’s latest report, which continues to keep Miami No. 9 in the country, sandwiched between No. 8 Seattle ($1,820) and No. 10 Chicago ($1,730).
Fort Lauderdale is 13th, with median one-bedrooms asking $1,500, which also remain fixed month over month. Among the major Florida cities with more affordable rents is Tampa, with one-bedroom units asking just over $1,000 (please stop crying, Miamian).
The Top 3 remain unchanged, with San Francisco, New York City, and Boston pacing the nation. Eight of country’s Top 10 rental markets are down year over year.
