Former Miami Dolphins assistant coach Vance Joseph has listed his residence in Plantation for just under $1.6 million, per Realtor.
The South Florida home was built on just under an acre of land in 2016. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 5,341 square feet of living space. Additional features include an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings, wood and granite finishes, and an expansive backyard entertaining area that includes a pool, hot tub, and summer kitchen.
Joseph purchased the property for $1.35 million less than a year ago.
Acting as defensive coordinator for the Dolphins during the 2016 season, Joseph was hired as head coach of the Denver Broncos in the offseason and signed a four-year contract.
While Miami’s defense wasn’t elite by many statistical measures, they were littered with injuries all year and performed well enough in key situations to help boost the team into the playoffs for the first time since the 2008 season.
