The Miami Beach home of Vogue photographer Greg Lotus is on the market asking $2.4 million.

Built in the 1940s and fully renovated by Lotus in 2005, the villa is located just off Pine Tree Drive in the Nautilus neighborhood. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,843 square feet of living space.

Other details include dramatic vaulted ceilings, privy hedges, a beautiful garden, keystone pool with a waterfall, and a gourmet kitchen with a gas stove and Sub Zero and Wolf appliances.

Lotus’ work can be seen in Italian Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, L'Uomo Vogue, and W magazine. His celebrity portfolio includes Penelope Cruz, Katy Perry, Channing Tatum, and Kim Kardashian.

The property was originally asking as much as $2.99 million back in 2015.
