The Miami mansion of Alan Potamkin finally found a buyer with 1 Casuarina Concourse selling for $43.7 million, according to multiple reports.
The 20,682-square-foot home in Coral Gables with nearly 1,000 feet of bay frontage was originally asking $67 million when it first hit the market back in May 2015. It’s the most expensive sale in Miami-Dade County this year, and the buyer’s identity is currently unknown.
The gigantic property is comprised of over three acres and includes a koi pond, enormous pool overlooking the bay, tennis/basketball court and a cabana with a mini-kitchen out in the backyard. The three-story residence has nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, multiple kitchens, a 1500-bottle wine room, his and hers libraries, three powder rooms, an elevator, multiple fireplaces, and saltwater aquariums.
There’s also a gym, massage room, boxing room, and a two-bedroom maids quarters.

Potamkin, who is Co-Chairman of Potamkin Automotive Group, paid a little over $2 million for the property in 1987 and built the current home in 2000.
