One of Miami’s most lavish new residences is pending sale in the Porsche Design Tower penthouse in Sunny Isles Beach.

Although the price point couldn’t be confirmed for the near-20,000-square-foot unit— the developer understandably is awaiting for the the sale to go through before making an official announcement — the timing couldn’t be more perfect for Dezer Development with the ultra-luxury tower’s grand opening taking place this weekend.

Listed at $32.5 million with Luciene Cofresi, the four-floor residence features some of the most idyllic views in Miami and includes two private pools, two outdoor kitchens, two “Sky Garages,” and a 3,000-square-foot car gallery on the 57th floor intended for showcasing the owner’s seven finest vehicles. All of the auto-friendly features are customizable of course.

The circular oceanfront development at 18555 Collins Avenue is comprised of 132 units and one of Miami’s most unique amenities: the Dezervator (named after Dezer), an extremely high-tech elevator for cars, which you can see in action over here.

Other standout penthouses on the Miami Beach market include a $65 million residence at the Apogee in South Beach, a $55 million unit at Faena House, and a $39.5 million penthouse at 321 Ocean.
