The “Zen Treehouse” in Coconut Grove and its second-floor pool with a waterfall was repriced recently and is now asking $2.999 million (down from $3.5 million in September).

The newly constructed tropical modern home is a brief walk to David T. Kennedy Park, offering 4,359 square feet of living space within a lush botanical garden. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 12-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

“It is the best new construction on the market in the Grove in terms of construction and design,” says listing agent Riley Smith, President of The Riley Smith Group at EWM, who also highlights its “incredible entertaining spaces.”

The property last sold in 2014 for $580,000 and the current home was built last year.
