Miami Beach’s tallest penthouse lists for $3.3M

Miami Beach’s tallest penthouse, located at Akoya Condominiums at 6365 Collins Avenue, is about to hit the market asking $3.325 million.

The three-level Akoya Tower Suite 2 begins on the 46th floor, which offers a master suite and two guest rooms. The next level features the main entrance, kitchen, living space, and a half bathroom, while the 48th floor consists of a private rooftop terrace with a full wet bar and another bathroom. Each level has oversized balconies with direct ocean views.
