One of Florida’s most unique beachfront homes is this $6 million three-story offering in St. Pete Beach, equipped with a seven-foot wide circular glass elevator at its core surrounded by a glass staircase.

The 5,915-square-foot gem dubbed “Alamar” on Pass-A-Grille Beach boasts direct gulf views with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It’s currently the second most expensive home for sale in St. Pete Beach and is a product of architect Michael Dedmore.

Other interesting features include a 22-foot white Carrera marble fireplace, a private boardwalk leading to the beach out back, and a 36-foot saltwater lap pool with an adjacent hot tub.

The property last sold for $500,000 way back in 1997, several years before Alamar was constructed.
