AquaBlu Fort Lauderdale, which broke ground in Fall 2015, has unveiled new exterior renderings as the rising waterfront development approaches 60 percent sold.

The largest of Ocean Land Investment’s five Aqua-branded developments, the 36-unit building is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.

The project is designed by Borges + Associates Architects and will rise 17 stories along a canal off East Las Olas Boulevard. Units start at $1.335 million and offer the option of a private boat slip. Amenities include a fitness facility, game room, heated saltwater pool, and outdoor barbecue area.

AquaVita was completed last summer while AquaVue launched sales in January 2016 and is currently 60 percent sold.
