Villa de la Paz is an extravagant oceanfront Mediterranean villa in Key Colony Beach (neighboring Marathon) asking $3.675 million.

The 4,840-square-foot castle faces to the southwest, setting the frame for some spectacular sunset views over the water. It has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, an expansive “L”-shaped dock and a private beach.

"Exquisite detail and craftsmanship with a Hemingway feel make the Mediterranean style Villa truly unique,” says listing agent Melissa Nowell of Coldwell Banker Schmitt. “There’s not another property like it in the keys.”

Built in 1993, the home was originally asking $4.5 million when it listed in 2015.
