Former Florida Gators basketball coach Billy Donovan listed his Gainesville home for $1.8 million, according to Realtor.

Donovan, who led the Gators to two national championships amid his 19-year stint in Gainesville, is currently the head coach of the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Cape Cod-style estate is comprised of two parts: a 6,400-square-foot main house and a 1,200-square-foot guest house. It’s the third most expensive home on the market in the city best known for housing the University of Florida.

Totaling six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the house sits on 2.1 acres, lined by lush grounds and Big Daddy Oak trees. Other details include wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen with granite countertops, an office with coffered detailing, a gym, and an expansive backyard pool area enclosed by screening (to hide from the summer mosquitos).

Donovan’s Thunder went 55-27 in his first season before getting knocked out in the Western Conference Finals. They are currently 35-26 this season, the franchise’s first without superstar Kevin Durant.
