A sprawling Palm Beach estate near President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort listed recently for $32.5 million.
Like all super fancy listings, this Venetian-style home has a name: “Casa del Ensueños” — or House of Dreams, I think. Within the 14,397-square-foot residence is a six-bedroom landmark house, a three-bedroom guest house, and 16 bathrooms.
The home is located about a mile north of Mar-a-Lago, which will be hosting Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping next week. So it’s definitely not prudent to go see it then, as I imagine Los Angeles traffic pales in comparison.
Additional features of the striking lakefront home include a dock with a boat lift, expansive pool with a cabana, and tropical gardens. It was built in the 1920s and last sold for $1.6 million in 1987.
Amazingly, this is the ninth most expensive home for sale in Palm Beach, according to Zillow, and one of 11 listings exceeding $30 million.
