This 10,000-square-foot waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale just sold for $9.075 million, making it the third most expensive home sold in the city within the last year.

Located at 2501 Aqua Vista Boulevard in Seven Isles, the new construction has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and high-end finishes, including features like crushed ice granite countertops, custom walnut wood flooring, and Viking appliances. Other details include a wet bar in the master bedroom and a large outdoor entertaining area with a summer kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, and putting green.

Representing the seller was Jonathan Postma of Coldwell Banker.

It faces north along the intracoastal and was originally asking $13.75 million, equating to a 34 percent discount.
