Vibrant Miami home becomes Key Biscayne’s priciest at $40M

A colossal waterfont mansion listed for $40 million yesterday at 3 Harbor Point, becoming the priciest home for sale in Key Biscayne and the sixth most expensive home in Miami-Dade County.

The 14,979-square-foot home was built in 1989. It has four bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with additional features including a gourmet kitchen, billiards room, wet bar, cigar room, gym, steam, sauna, and wine cellar.

It last sold for just under $4 million in 1997.
