A new 12,564-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach recently returned to the market asking $37.75 million a little over two months after selling for $32 million.
The waterfront spec home located at 225 Indian Road was built on a 1.4-acre lot in 2016 by developer David W. Frisbie. It has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a guest house, and a dock with a boat lift.
The ask makes it the sixth most expensive home for sale on the island, and the priciest home in the area to list within the last few months.
