Three residences closed at Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach within a three-week timeframe that began in late March, totaling $15.5 million in sales.

Each featured the same buyer, a steep discount, and the same buyer’s agent, Eliad Beno of Miles Goldstein Real Estate. There have only been two other closings in the 79-unit luxury tower within the last two years.

Each of the recently sold three-bedroom residence features ocean views and sizes up around 4,600 square feet. Two neighbor units in #1501 and #1502 sold for $5.6 million and $4.85 million, respectively, while a 17th-floor residence pulled in $5.05 million.

The priciest residence for sale in the 2015 development appears to be a 9,305-square-foot penthouse asking just under $20 million.

Meanwhile, this development’s upcoming neighbor in the Estates at Acqualina will offer the ultimate amenity complex that includes an ice skating rink, golf simulator, bowling alley, racing simulator, surfing simulator, and much more.
