Considering Eve at the District, with its art-driven design, is one of Miami’s newest residential developments, we thought the timing couldn’t be better to tour the luxury rental building tucked between The Shops at Midtown Miami and the Design District.

Stantec led the architecture and design elements within the 19-story Mack Real Estate development, which held its grand opening a few months ago and is also comprised of over 61,000 square feet of retail space.

Located at 3635 Northeast 1st Avenue, the 195-unit complex was named in honor of “Eve,” a striking piece in the lobby created by fine artist and photographer Anna Sweet. That 14-by-20 portrait is showcased behind the reception desk (in the image above).

Stantec is also behind two other nearby projects in Pearl at Midtown 29 and Midtown 8. One-bedroom units at Eve at the District start around $2050 and two-bedrooms start around $2850 — both are about $300 above Miami’s median rental prices last month.

The first few photos below are of the public spaces, which display more of Sweet’s work, followed by several shots of the residences.
