Former Miami Marlins infielder Omar Infante, who is currently playing for the Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers, is asking $2.59 million for his Trump Hollywood condo.
The 3,395-square-foot residence with a stunning ocean view has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, marble floors, and a large chef’s kitchen with limestone countertops. Its current ask of $763 per square foot puts it among the most affordable three-bedroom units in the building.
Infante purchased the residence for $1.69 million in 2012 and was asking as much as $3.4 million back in 2014.
"It is the perfect paradise getaway for those buyers looking into a turn-key designer residence with stunning views of the ocean and a full service concierge,” added listing agents Carol Cassis and Stephan Burke of Cassis + Burke Collection team.
The 35-year-old Infante played for four teams throughout his 15-year career, including the Marlins from 2011 to 2012 before he was traded to the Tigers. The second baseman has both an All-Star appearance (2010) and a World Series championship (2015) on his solid resume.
