New renderings of Boca Raton’s 327 Royal Palm show off villas

As 327 Royal Palm rises in Boca Raton, the Group P6 luxury boutique development has released new renderings, highlighting the interiors of Villa 101, a 3,289-square-foot residence asking $1.999 million that features its own pool and spa.

The development is 60 percent sold and is comprised of 25 units at 327 East Royal Palm Road in downtown Boca.

Prices range from $1.6 million to just under $3 million, with all units including a modern layout with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, floating European bathroom vanities, and Italian cabinetry.

Completion is expected next February.
