Dustin Johnson, the No. 1 ranked golfer in the world who may not play in the Masters due to a freak back injury, purchased a new home in North Palm Beach for $2.9 million, reports Realtor.
The 7,169-square-foot home was renovated last year, featuring 90 feet of canal frontage and a large dock. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a master bedroom closet which could double as a seventh bedroom.
This isn’t Dustin’s first dance with Palm Beach County real estate.
Public records show Johnson owns two other homes in the area, one in Jupiter and the other five miles north of the recent purchase. Back in December 2015, he sold another Palm Beach property for $3.8 million.
As of Thursday morning, Johnson remains questionable for golf’s most prestigious tournament out in Augusta. His Round 1 tee time is set for 2:03 p.m.
