Penthouse 2 at Three Hundred Collins in Miami Beach just sold for $5.1 million.

The 2,699-square-foot residence has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and nearly 900 square feet of outdoor space. All residences include white oak flooring, stone finishes, custom Thomas Juul-Hansen kitchens, and wrap-around terraces.

It’s the biggest sale on a per-square-foot basis ($1,890) for a dry condominium in South Beach, according to Darryl Fox and Joseph Schafer of One Sotheby's International Realty, who both brokered the deal.

The JMH development is comprised of 19 units and is expected to be completed this summer. Among the remaining three residences is Penthouse 1, which is offered at $6.45 million by Dina Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic. Amenities include a rooftop pool and beach service.

The property broke ground in February 2016.
