A Miami farm encompassing 25 acres in Homestead has listed for $6 million.

Located at 23655 Southwest 202nd Avenue in Redland (five miles west of Knaus Berry Farm), the estate is comprised of four buildings and a swimmable grotto, the latter including a beach and 30-foot waterfalls, per the listing.

There are eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and over 10,000 square feet of living space across the expansive estate. Interior features include Mora wood flooring derived from a sugar mill in South America and danby marble finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms.

There’s also a floating staircase handcrafted in Maine in the main residence which leads to a tower that features 360-degree views of the property.
