A Miami Beach vacation condo owned by Canadian designer and television personality Yanic Simard is asking $449,000 after initially hitting the market for $590,000 in January.

Located at Eden House in Mid-Beach, the one-bedroom residence isn’t large at 621 square feet but is a corner unit offering some amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, with the beach sitting just two blocks away. Other features include two terrraces, appliances by Bosch, a private elevator, and furnishings plucked from the Design District.

Simard is the principal designer and founder of the Toronto Interior Design Group and a regular on Canadian talk show “CityLine” during design-based segments.

Records show he purchased the condo for $345,000 in 2014.
