An airy South Florida beach mansion with 100 feet of ocean frontage closed recently for $7.6 million.

Located at 3777 North Ocean Boulevard in Gulf Stream, the 14,000-square-foot home has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, featuring 30-foot vaulted ceilings with skylights in the main living area, a movie theater, and gym.

The home was built in 1994 and the property previously sold for $6.8 million in 2012.

The buyer is developer Robert G. Fessler, who plans to renovate the home and sell it. He was represented by Douglas Elliman’s Derek Montgomery while Pascal Liguori of Premier Estate Properties represented the seller.
