The predictably stunning Miami Beach condo of late starchitect Zaha Hadid has listed for $10 million, with her furniture being sold separately.
The 2,299-square-foot residence is at the W South Beach, boasting incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from the southeast corner of the popular beachfront condo hotel. It’s comprised of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and features a wide open layout.
Hadid’s pad is “presented as a grand main apartment with balconies wrapping the east and south views plus a totally separate guest apartment, which is a one bedroom facing southeast,” according to listing agent Rex Hamilton. “The main apartment originally combined two-floor plans, which Zaha Hadid then reformatted and customized as a grand one-bedroom residence with a generous oceanfront living room and terraces for entertaining guests.”
The eight-digit ask translates to $4,350 a foot, which places it among the five priciest condo residences ($5M+) in South Beach on a per-square-foot basis.

Hadid tragically passed away in Miami in the Spring of 2016 after suffering a heart attack. The 2004 Pritzker winner’s legacy lives on with her Hall of Fame portfolio, one that will include the under-construction One Thousand Museum in downtown Miami.
