Here’s a big and beautiful entertainer’s dream home in Coral Gables asking $5.85 million ($645 per square foot).

Located at 1244 Anastasia Avenue on the grounds of the Biltmore’s golf course, the 9,076-square-foot residence is “recognized as one of the first estate homes built for the Bacardi family,” per the listing (and a Bacardi-owned mansion in Coral Gables actually listed last summer for $27 million). It was extensively redesigned over the last few years after the property sold for $2.72 million in 2014.

Among it’s standout features are a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with a nearby glass-enclosed wine cellar and wet bar. Additionally, there’s a home theater; another bar; and a backyard entertaining area with a jacuzzi, pool, dining area, and a summer kitchen.
