Former Miami Marlins star and current Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera could be your South Florida landlord if you’re looking to rent a home in the Hollywood area.

Miggie is asking $4,200 a month for his freshly-painted 2,572-square-foot home in Harbor Island, per Realtor. The two-story residence has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a den, and is partially furnished, according to the listing.

Cabrera purchased the home in 2005 for $930,000 and it’s located about three miles west of Hollywood Beach.

Cabrera, who was born in Venezuela, began his career with the Marlins after signing with the team in 1999. He made his MLB debut midway through the 2003 season and helped the franchise win its second World Series championship that same season. Much to the dismay of the fans, he was traded to Detroit in 2007 because of Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria’s notorious frugality.

While the 34-year-old isn’t quite the same slugger he once was, he’s had a stellar career that includes 11 All-Star appearances and two AL MVPs. He’s also one of the highest paid players in professional sports, signing an eight-year contract extension with the Tigers in 2016 that’s worth a guaranteed $248 million.
