Paramount Miami Worldcenter, one of Miami’s most ambitious developments currently under construction, just had a batch of new renderings unveiled on The Next Miami showing a deeper look at its high street retail component.

The 450,000-square-foot retail portion continues to rise while construction at the 60-story condo tower has reached the 6th floor, per a PMW spokesperson, who confirms the latter is at 60 percent sold, totaling over $300 million in sales. There’s also expected to be a 24-story hotel with 250 rooms.

They recently hosted a “Jam Room Event,” highlighting their karaoke-friendly Jam Room amenity, one of over 40 at the 513-unit complex. Other amenities include an indoor basketball court, boxing ring, Tai Chi deck, game room, golf simulator, kid’s play room, and outdoor soccer field.

The first phase of the 40-acre development is expected to be completed in early 2019. Renderings of the retail and residential towers are below.
