A gorgeous Miami Beach spec home designed by world-renowned Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan of Studio MK-27 has hit the market with a $29.75 million price tag.
Highlights of the 15,000-square-foot residence utilizing exposed concrete, stone, and wood include a natural swimming pool on the interior with organic filtration and a 200-foot bridge winding through the property, running from the rooftop terrace to the ground.
The magnificent estate also includes a 3,000-square-foot building between the house and Pine Tree Drive that can be used as an indoor half basketball court, event space or gallery.
Located at 4567 Pine Tree Drive, it’s directly next door to that marvelous spec home with the concrete water slide that sold for $22.5 million in February. Barry Brodsky of Brodson Construction developed both and was part of the group that purchased the lots for $12.1 million, per The Real Deal.
Interiors were outfitted by Brazilian designer Jader Almeida and Artefacto, while Raymond Jungles, Inc. were the landscape architects.
This latest project becomes one of the 10 priciest homes in Miami Beach and is listed with Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo of The Waterfront Team at One Sotheby's.
