Another luxury apartment building just opened in Miami called Miami Bay Waterfront Midtown Residences.

Architecturally inspired by Gaudi, the bayfront development was developed by J Milton & Associates. It is comprised of three buildings, with its 176 units ranging in size from 740 to 1,468 square feet and offered in one, two and three-bedroom residences.

Although Midtown is in the name, it’s technically located in the Upper East Side just north of the Julia Tuttle Causeway—at 551 Northeast 39th Street—but does offer a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay and is adjacent to Albert Pallot Park.

“For years, I was looking for the opportunity to bring the architecture and artistry of Gaudi to South Florida,” developer Joseph Milton said. “This art-inspired enclave will reflect our standard of craftsmanship, timeless design, sensible utility and carefully considered amenities. It will also add a statement piece to both the City of Miami and to our portfolio.”

Residences feature Italian-style kitchens with white quartz countertops.

Author and lecturer Gina Cayford, who specializes in mosaic tile installations, was commissioned to design the public area installations. The complex is also pet friendly and its common areas include USB charging stations, mobile phone boosters, and Wi-Fi. Amenities are highlighted by a bayfront pool and beach.

According to Apartments.com, one-bedrooms start at $2,340, two-bedrooms start at $2,785, and three-bedrooms start at $3,890, however, a spokesperson says units start at $1,989.
