Tommy Hilfiger and wife, Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, threw down $34 million for an enormous oceanfront home in Palm Beach, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

The extravagant estate was asking as much as $47 million when it initially hit the market in February 2015 but still accounts for one of the largest sales in Palm Beach County within the last year.

The 13,773-square-foot Mediterranean-style home was built in 1998. It features over 200 feet of ocean frontage, five bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and was most recently listed with Lawrence Moens. The property last sold for $4.15 million in 1995.

Hilfiger listed his oceanfront home in Golden Beach for $27.5 million a few months ago. It’s similar in size to the new purchase but significantly less colorful—at least for now.

Hilfiger founded the lifestyle brand Tommy Hilfiger Corporation in 1985 and sold the company for $1.6 billion in 2006. Dee is a former fashion model who is currently the lead designer of her own luxury accessory label.
