A vibrant contemporary home with 265 feet of water frontage in Fort Lauderdale sold for $7.745 million in April, becoming one of the five biggest sales in the city within the last six months.

It’s located at 3330 Northeast 59th Street, sits on a corner lot, and overlooks the Intracoastal. There are five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 6,775 square feet of living space, with additional details including floor-to-ceiling windows and double-height ceilings in the main living area, peeling back a beautiful water view from most areas of the home.

The property was initially asking $7.995 million when it listed last December. It previously changed hands in 2011 for $5.6 million with the current home constructed in 2012.
