Fort Lauderdale’s soon-to-be tallest building, 100 Las Olas, has unveiled a new virtual tour of the 499-foot project that broke ground in March.
The video takes you below, above, and around the exterior of the mixed-use development comprised of 238 hotel rooms (operating under the Hyatt Centric brand), 121 condo residences, and 8,500 square feet of rental space designed for a third-party restaurant (in addition to the hotel restaurant and bar at the lobby level).
Sales have reached $20 million, according to a 100 Las Olas spokesperson, who also confirms the foundation is approximately 75 percent complete.
Rising 45 stories, the building’s private residential amenities include a fitness center; resort-style pool with cabanas; news room; and CLUB 100, which entails a large social room and an outdoor plaza with a bar.
The Kolter Group development is expected to be completed Fall 2019.
