An Italian Palazzo in Miami Beach just hit the market for $14.95 million after selling for $11.5 million in Spring 2016.

Measuring just under 11,000 square feet, the gated Palm Island residence includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, dramatic double-height ceilings and a stained-glass-topped atrium. There’s also an enormous rooftop deck and a pool overlooking the bay with cascading fountains, a hot tub, summer kitchen, and dockage.

It’s the sixth priciest home for sale in Palm Island, which is among Miami Beach’s most lavish barrier islands.
