A Florida mansion located on the same street as mammoth celebrity homes owned by Michael Jordan and Serena Williams sold today for $7.55 million.

The 13,000-square-foot residence is located in Bear’s Club, a high-end residential and golf course community in Jupiter founded by legend Jack Nicklaus.

The exquisite home was designed by the seller, an art collector named Marie Feldman, to “include ample display space for artwork” with features like “custom wall niches, vaulted ceilings and decorative wall sconces.” It has six bedrooms; seven bathrooms; a 2,200-square-foot master suite; steam and sauna; and a gourmet chef's kitchen with Wolf, Sub Zero and Miele appliances as well as a butler's pantry.

Jordan’s compound, measuring about 40,000 square feet, is a few houses down from this one. Feldman was represented by Billy Nash of The Keyes Company while the buyer was repped by Coastal Sotheby’s.

The property listed for just under $10 million in December 2016.
