The home was built by Chilean luxury homes developer Condores Capital in collaboration with The Jills team of Coldwell Banker.

“This estate is a groundbreaking entrance of modern architecture into the Coral Gables market,” said listing agent Danny Hertzberg of The Jills. “Most homes in the area are of the Mediterranean and New Mediterranean style. Most buyers love Miami-style modern architecture, but were not able to find it in Coral Gables until now."

There’s also a rooftop terrace, and an infinity pool and spa. Condores Capital is also currently building homes in Pinecrest and Gables Estates.
