An enthralling new construction in Coral Gables just hit the market for $14 million.

Featuring a “floating master bedroom” with exterior walls covered with natural stone from Spain, the contemporary 7,398-square-foot estate is further highlighted by 171 feet of water frontage. The home was built by Chilean luxury homes developer Condores Capital in collaboration with The Jills team of Coldwell Banker.

It has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and open living areas. All of the doors are comprised of Ecuadorian wood and accessories are from Porcelanosa Corporation, a Spanish architectural and design solutions company. The kitchen is outfitted with Italian Calacatta marble countertops.

“This estate is a groundbreaking entrance of modern architecture into the Coral Gables market,” said listing agent Danny Hertzberg of The Jills. “Most homes in the area are of the Mediterranean and New Mediterranean style. Most buyers love Miami-style modern architecture, but were not able to find it in Coral Gables until now."

There’s also a rooftop terrace, and an infinity pool and spa. Condores Capital is also currently building homes in Pinecrest and Gables Estates.
