Welcome to Miami’s Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent or buy for a set dollar amount across various South Florida neighborhoods. Is one man's studio another man's townhouse? Let's find out!

Last week’s edition featured rentals within a $1,200 budget, which led to readers crowning a renovated studio in Normandy Isle.

This week, we are buyers with $3 million at our disposal. Additional parameters are the listings have to be fresh (90 days or less) and encompass five areas: La Gorce, Coconut Grove, Sunny Isles Beach, Mid-Beach, and Bal Harbour.

Do you prefer a 4,600-square-foot house in Miami Beach or a gorgeous condo with ocean views in Bal Harbour? Check out the five options and vote for your favorite down at the bottom.

These homes are ordered from least to most expensive.
