Brickell City Centre Rise penthouse sells for $5.8M

An upper penthouse at Brickell City Centre’s Rise tower recently sold for $5.75 million, according to Miami Condo Investments, becoming the biggest condo sale in Brickell in 2017.

The duplex residence measures around 4,500 square feet and includes an additional 4,500 square feet of outdoor space from its three balconies, which feature a summer kitchen, pool, and hot tub.

Located on the building’s 42nd and 43rd floors, per TNM, the residence has four bedrooms, a den, and service quarters.
