The vibrant Florida Keys home that provided the backdrop for Jennifer Lopez’s recent music video for “Ni Tu Ni Yo” is on the market asking just under $6.5 million.
The Zim Estate was chosen because the Islamorada property “captures the romance of Old Cuba,” according to listing agent Kelly Shaw of American Caribbean, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. It encompasses five separate residences on nearly eight acres of waterfront land, with the structures equating to 8,762 square feet of interior space.
There’s also a protected boat basin, 400 feet of ocean frontage, and gated entry with a paved driveway. The estate is located at 88835 Old Highway and was built in the 1950s.
J-Lo’s “Ni Tu Ni Yo” is nearing 12 million views on YouTube and the song became the third release from her Spanish-language album, “Como Amo una Mujer.”
The Zim Estate has been on and off the market dating back to 2012, when it listed for $6.9 million. The interior photos below are of the main residence.
