A historic estate along the New River in Fort Lauderdale with 130 feet of water frontage has returned to the market asking just under $4.3 million.

Located at 828 Southeast 4th Street and a block off Las Olas Boulevard, the 5,610-square-foot Needham Estate has often been utilized as a wedding, hotel, event venue. The Mediterranean Revival home has four bathrooms and five bathrooms with additional features including a gym, handmade Cuban tile flooring, arched beveled floor-to-ceiling doors, and a chef’s kitchen.

The residence was designed by Francis Abreu and built in 1931. The property last sold for $1.8 million in 2005.
