Brickell Ten has been completed at 98 percent sold.

Located on the corner of Southwest 2nd Avenue and Southwest 10th Street (two blocks west of Mary Brickell Village), the 22-story condo features 10 residences per floor with interiors designed by Colombian architect Adriana Hoyos.

Residents have begun moving into their furnished units, which range in size from one to three bedrooms. There are 155 residences in all and amenities, located on the fifth and top floors, include an infinity pool, full-floor fitness center, valet service, and concierge. The building sits in close proximity to a Publix and Metrorail station.

The project was developed by Waterstone Capital and IB Corp, and constructed by Civic Construction. BC Architects is the architect.
