OJ Simpson’s former Miami home is on the market asking $1.3 million, down from the $1.475 million it listed for in November 2016.
The price adjustment came about a week ago, about two weeks before Simpson’s parole hearing, which takes place tomorrow. Records show OJ purchased the Kendall home for $575,00 in 2000 before losing it in foreclosure a few years ago.
Located at 9450 Southwest 112th Street, the residence has 4,148 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and was recently renovated. It sits on 1.65 acres and includes a pool, impact windows, detached guest house, and a half-court basketball court.
Simpson, a former football star and actor, is eligible for parole after serving the mandatory nine years of a 33-year sentence for an armed robbery in Las Vegas. His lawyer says he’s been “a model inmate.”
