Completed last summer, Grove at Grand Bay has altered the skyline in Coconut Grove for the better with its unique twisting 20-story towers along South Bayshore Drive.

The Bjarke Ingels Group-designed buildings were the first residential towers built in the Grove in over a decade and were sold out upon completion last summer. As for the project’s resale market, there are a large number of residences already for sale—29 of 95 units to be exact. They range from $1.38 million to $23.5 million.

While some may not be fans of the large circular columns running through their residences’ interiors, the buildings’ exteriors are works of art, as evidenced by this captivating drone video shot by Azeez Bakare.
