A modern Miami Beach home with splendid waterfront views to the west has resurfaced for $14.25 million after previously asking as much as $15.5 million when it first listed in October 2015.
Built in 2010, the 10,500-square foot home is located at 610 West Dilido Drive in the Venetian Islands. It features 60 feet of water frontage, surreal sunset views, five bedrooms, and six full bathrooms.
Among the home’s most intriguing details are at the entrance, with custom-designed beach glass and shell pavers, and a two-story “architectural breeze block wall,” according to The Jills’ press release.
There also is marble flooring throughout much of the interior, walls of glass opening to the pool deck, and a 1,600-square-foot Ipe wood rooftop lounge with a lounge area and hot tub overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The property last sold well in 2004 for $2.3 million.
