Here’s a sprawling Miami estate sitting on 20 acres that recently listed for $10.9 million, becoming the priciest residential property on the market in Homestead.

Located at 15380 Southwest 248th Street, there is an array of structures, including a six-bedroom main house, two log houses, a screened gazebo that can accommodate 130 guests, and an oversized air-conditioned hangar designed to house an extensive car collection.

Further highlighting the property are two pools, a large lagoon with cascading waterfalls, five acres of lychee, and over two acres of avocado fields. The homes were built in 2011 after the property was acquired for $1.2 million.

A 25-acre farm about five miles west of this one—also with a lagoon—listed for $6 million in May.
